🔥 TIP OF THE WEEK

Most bottles of vermouth tend to be cheaper than other ingredients, but they have a far shorter shelf life. Vermouth is wine based so once opened it needs to be refrigerated and it's recommended to consume it within a month of opening. Many are available in 1L bottles, which is the equivalent of 33 Manhattans! So if you want to finish your bottle within a month, you'll have to knock back more than a Manhattan a day (which I don't recommend).

The best solution: half sized bottles!
